Springhaven is part of Linc Housing's initiative to integrate affordable housing with health resources and other services for stronger neighborhoods. The Drew Child Development Corporation will serve as our onsite partner to provide quality childcare for the community. Partnerships with the Los Angeles County of Department Health Services and The People Concern allow us to serve 50 formerly homeless households with supportive housing at Springhaven. Additional units will serve families earning up to 60% of area median income.
