Builder's Resource Magazine recently wrote a feature article covering Elliott/Drinkward Construction's Balboa Bay framing project for Snyder/Langston. Here are some excerpts:

"The $55 million Balboa Bay Club Resort and Spa...fits comfortably among the fine restaurants, private yachts and beachfront homes lining Balboa Bay in Newport Beach (CA)."

"The hotel project is broken out into three phases, with phase one being constructed over an existing underground garage. "Since the existing foundation over the garage wasn't level, we had the added challenge of levelling the top of the first floor," states Elliott/Drinkward foreman Scott Mora.....At it's peak, Scott's framing crew will consist of 40 to 50 men and the job will require 1 million board feet of lumber."
