Seven Maples Senior Apartments is a four-story complex over podium parking, which consists of 57 affordable rental units for senior citizens. The development also includes a community room and learning center, two laundry rooms and a central, landscaped courtyard. Each unit has been designed to have 95% maximum day lighting and flow-through ventilation.
Other green design items include recycled materials and solar water heating. Ground floor will offer 30 spaces of parking and a project-specific recycling facility, approximate 1,500 square foot community room with a kitchen and storage space and 350 square foot office for on-site property management.
